MAD FOR CHEESECAKE

Founder of Mad For Cheesecake had a trip to Osaka in 2016. Fortunately, that was the first time the founder has experienced Japanese cheesecake, which is very well known for its light texture and fluffiness.

Since then, the founder has studied Japanese pastry including Japanese cheesecake, tarts, and castella. With years of practice, we finally came up with the perfect recipe that makes our cheesecakes bounce and dance with delight!
